TheChatswood Oval External Area Redevelopment was focused on transforming the perimeter and public spaces surrounding the iconic Chatswood Oval into a more inviting and functional external area. This project enhanced the aesthetic appeal and accessibility of the oval, making it a more modern destination for community members, sports enthusiasts, and visitors.

MAK was tasked with delivering key construction elements, including new pathways, seating areas, and retaining walls using high-quality finishes. This redevelopment fostered greater engagement among local residents and improved overall accessibility.
